Voluntary fire brigade Selca
The voluntary fire brigade Selca was founded in 1897. Today it has 270 members. The fire brigade actively participates in organizing fire fighting competitions and social or sports events.
In 2007 it celebrated the 110th anniversary which was honoured with a set of weekly events and by deploying a new banner, whose godfather is Marko Lotrič.
Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital Kranj
Gynecology and Obstetrics Hospital started its work in 1955. In 2000 it received the title: „Baby friendly hospital“. The company Lotrič donated it an apparatus for measuring the lung function.
Shooting association Lotrič Železniki
The association is involved in competitive shooting in many categories. So far they have achieved very good results.
Majorette group of the Brass Orchestra Železniki
The group was founded in 2004. They escort the Brass Orchestra Železniki and they also have independent performances. The members are aged from 5 to 25.
Riding club Ratitoves
The club is involved in equestrian activities. Every year they organize a big equestrian event with a competition in show jumping and the annual horse blessing on St. Stephen's day on many locations in municipality of Železniki.
Voluntary fire brigade Bukovica
The voluntary fire brigade Bukovica covers the areas of the local communities Bukovica, Bukovščica and the local community Lenart Luša.
Recreational sports park Rovn
The recreational sports park Rovn is located in the settlement Selca and boasts many playgrounds for various sports activities.
Humanitarian institution Vid
The humanitarian institution Vid was founded in 1994 with the intention to help children and adolescents with special needs that come from socially disadvantaged families in the whole area of Slovenia. The purchases and payments of educational and therapeutical tools or accesories for the disabled can only be carried out with the help of donors, both individuals as well as companies that care about the community and wellfare of other people.
Sponsorship of a humanitarian medical expedition to Zambia
Under the patronage of the Section of tropical medicine that operates within the Faculty of Medicine young doctors and students of medicine will head on a humanitarian expedition to Zambia. One of the contributing factors for the success of the expedition is the donation of our company.
