DECISION

1. LOTRIČ d.o.o., Selca 163, 4227 Selca
is authorized

for body for periodic inspections according 1st and 2nd paragraph of article 7 of Regulations on inspection and testing of pressure equipment for the following fields of pressure equipment:

Fired or otherwise heated pressure equipment;

- steam generators
- sterilizers and autoclaves

Pressure vessels:

- simple pressure vessels
- for technical gasses (air and nitrogen)
- for hot water and steam
- heat exchangers
- sterilizers and autoclaves

Pipelines:

- for technical gasses (air)
- for hot water and steam
- for heating systems with water

Protective equipment and pressure accessories:

- safety valves
- pressure accesories.

2. Body for periodic inspections executes operations from the previous part, in accordance with standard SIST EN ISO/IEC 17020, as control body of type C.

3. This decision is valid until revocation. The Ministry of the economy can revoke this decision, if the body for periodic inspections does not meet the requirements of the public invitation of the Ministry of the economy nr. 3265-1/2003-3 or does not perform its duties in accordance with Regulations on inspection and testing of pressure equipment or this decision.

4. Body for periodic inspections is obliged to retain all records of executed work operations from the title of authorization for the period of no less than ten years and, on demand, to disclose information on activity from the title of authorization to the Ministry of the economy, in content, form and in hand, which are determined by it.

5. Body for periodic inspections is obliged to inform the competent inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for the field of energy industry in case that there are irregularities found at a periodic inspection, which could seriously jeopardize safe use of the equipment under pressure or present danger to life or health of people or assets or in case, when it discovers that the periodic inspection was not executed in the requisite deadline.

6. With the service of this decision, the decision nr. 315-25/2009-6 from the 10th of July, 2009, ceases its validity.
