Calibration is required in the process of controlling our equipment if we are to ensure the traceability of measurements.

With the help of etalon weights we verify the accuracy of our indication, eccentricity and repetability.

CALIBRATION OR EVALUATION
- Thermometer calibration is performed by method of comparison with the help of calibration bath or climate chamber, with which we ensure stabile temperature condition. With calibration, measured body error is determined, which is evident from the accredited certificate on calibration, which you receive after the completed procedure. It includes results in form of a chart, which can be used as correction in your measurements.
- Evaluation of temperature regulated chambers is performed by measuring distribution of workspace temperature in the chamber for determined time period in multiple points.
WHY PERFORM CALIBRATION OR EVALUATION
- Heating and cooling of the thermometer, vibration and handling affects the sensor and therefore the thermometer accuracy.
- temperature regulated chambers, thermometers with display and liquid thermometers are not stable time-wise.
- we verify accuracy between the set and actual temperature.
- we measure uniformity of temperature distribution in the area.
Certificate, which you are provided with after each calibration, ensure measuring traceability of measuring devices with establishment and maintenance of quality systems (ISO certification), laboratory accreditation and is in accordance with requirements GMP, GLP and GCP.
CALIBRATION PERIOD
Calibration period is set in accordance with standards or recommendations for ensuring quality of measuring equipment SIST ISO 10012, ILAC-G24 / OIML D10.
