General Terms and Conditions of the LOTRIČ Certification Prize Game
1. Organizer of the Prize Game
The organizer of the prize game is LOTRIČ Certificiranje, Češnjica 48, 4228 Železniki, Slovenia.

2. Purpose of the Prize Game
The purpose of the prize game is to promote the company and its services via the social media platforms LinkedIn and Facebook.
3. Duration of the Prize Game
The prize game will run from May 12th, 2025, until and including June 9th, 2025, on Facebook and LinkedIn.
4. Participants
All natural persons with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in the prize game.
5. Method of Participation
Participants can enter the prize game by correctly answering the posted question during the prize game period. They must provide their contact information for identification purposes.
Each participant may only enter once.
6. Prize
The prize is a black foldable umbrella with the LOTRIČ Metrology logo.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on June 17th, 2025. The draw will be conducted at the organizer’s headquarters. The result will be announced on the company’s official Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Collection
The winner will be notified about the prize via the email address they provided. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days of the notification, the organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
9. Personal Data Protection
By participating in the prize game, participants consent to the use of their personal data solely to administer the prize game. The data will not be shared with third parties or used for other purposes. All personal data will be deleted after the prize game ends.
10. Liability
The organizer accepts no responsibility for any complications in prize delivery or technical issues related to participation in the prize game.
11. Changes to the Rules
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if required by legal, technical, or commercial reasons. All changes will be published in the same manner as these rules.
