Temporary Unavailability of LOTRIČ Metrology Group Services

We would like to inform you that tomorrow, Friday, 9 October 2026, maintenance work will be carried out on the electrical grid at our Selca site, between approximately 12:00 and 16:00.
Due to the power outage, some services provided by LOTRIČ Metrology Group companies will be temporarily unavailable.
During this period:

Email communication and calls to landline numbers will be partially disrupted.

The MeOL application and certificate downloads will be temporarily unavailable. If you need access to any documentation, please make sure to download it in advance.

Any verifications scheduled after 12:00 will be cancelled. We will contact the affected customers to arrange alternative appointments.
We do not anticipate any major changes to previously scheduled on-site activities. Should any adjustments to individual appointments or services be necessary, we will inform the affected customers directly.
The EXACTUM monitoring system will remain fully operational throughout this period.
We expect all services to be available again once the maintenance work is completed, at approximately 16:00.
